Servsys Master Service Agreement
This Master Services Agreement (“AGREEMENT”) governs the technology and/or support services to be provided by SERVESYS Corporation - “Servsys” to a CLIENT on a need, ongoing and/or case-by-case basis (“SERVICES”) all as described in the "Statement of Work" given to you. This is a generic Agreement and will be over and above the terms discussed on case-to-case basis.
